1. Return period:

If you want to return an item (s) purchased on www.farmershousekids.com, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

2. Return costs:

Costs incurred during the return of the item (s) are for the customer. With the exception of defective and / or incorrectly delivered products. If this is the case, please contact us at: info@farmershousekids.com

3. Return process:

Please download our return form and include it in your return package. Send the parcel to the return address stated on the return form and hand it in at a post office near you.

Please note that returned items remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We cannot be held liable for loss or damage during return shipping, therefore we recommend sending your return via registered or trackable mail.

Make sure your return is packaged securely, preferably in the original packaging, to prevent damage. Please keep your proof of shipment until we have confirmed receipt and processed your refund.

4. Refund:

The refund will be made via the same payment method that you used for your purchase. If more than 14 days have passed and you have not yet received the amount back, please contact us at info@farmershousekids.com
