By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. The most recent version is always available on this page. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version online.

Governing law & language

All rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements covered by these Terms are governed by Dutch law and subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Dutch court. If these Terms or any part of our website are translated, the Dutch version shall prevail.

Scope & Acceptance

These Terms apply to all offers, orders and agreements between Farmers House Kids ("we", "us", "our") and you as a customer ("you"). By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a contract and that you accept these Terms, as well as all related policies including Shipping, Returns and Privacy.

Farmers House Kids operates an online webshop focused on children’s clothing and related products. We aim to provide high-quality items, clear communication and a reliable service experience.

Products & Presentation

We carefully present our products online. Colours and details may slightly differ due to screen settings or lighting. Minor variations in materials or finishing are not considered defects. Product availability may change and items can be temporarily out of stock. If an item is unavailable after ordering, we will inform you and offer a suitable solution or refund.

Pricing, VAT & Duties

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout. Orders outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties or handling fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Obvious pricing or typographical errors do not bind us and may result in cancellation and refund of the order.

Orders & Agreement

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not yet constitute a legally binding agreement. The contract is formed once your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of incorrect information, technical errors, pricing mistakes, payment issues or suspected misuse or fraud.

Payments

Payments are processed securely via our payment providers, such as iDEAL, PayPal, Bancontact, VISA, Mastercard and American Express. We do not store or access your payment details. All transactions are encrypted and handled directly by the payment provider.

If payment is not successfully completed, the order will not be processed.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 5 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination and carrier.

If delivery cannot take place within 30 days (unless otherwise agreed), you have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately in case of damage or missing items.

Ownership & Risk

Ownership of the products transfers to you once full payment has been received and the order has been delivered. From that moment, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.

Warranty & Conformity

All products comply with Dutch consumer law. This means that products must meet reasonable expectations based on the agreement. If an item is defective or non-conforming, please contact us via info@farmershousekids.com. We will assess the situation and offer repair, replacement or refund where applicable.

Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without stating a reason.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, in original condition and packaging, with labels attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and photos of the issue. We will provide a suitable solution in accordance with consumer law.

Promotions, Gift Cards & Pre-orders

Promotions are subject to availability and specific conditions. Gift cards are non-refundable and valid for the stated period. Pre-order delivery dates are estimates and may change; customers will be informed accordingly.

Discounts & Offers

Discounts and promotions apply only during the stated period and cannot be applied retroactively. Discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect damage, consequential loss, delivery delays caused by carriers, or minor product deviations. Nothing in these Terms limits liability in cases where limitation is not legally permitted.

Force Majeure

In circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, transport disruptions or government measures), we may suspend or cancel orders without liability. Any payments made will be refunded where applicable.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, designs and graphics — is protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission from Farmers House Kids.

Data Use & Marketing

By using our website, you agree that we may collect and process data for analytical, marketing and advertising purposes. This may include the use of cookies, pixels and tracking technologies.

Complaints & Support
